Our nature and everything around us can actually give us good and positive energy, too. So what you should do is to connect with nature. This is actually very easy to do by taking time of your job and simply relax at the beach or take a trip somewhere or simply take a walk to the park and just relax and free yourself from all the problems and worries. Get all this stress out of your life.
Also a very good thing to do is to get you new interests or do some interesting and new activities. Like for example, it can be a belly dancing or some other sporting or even gardening. Do something new and exiting so it could break your usual routine and experience some new feelings in your life. It will give you pleasure and satisfaction of doing something that you really enjoy and experience something new and exiting.
Also what you should do is to learn of how to control your negative feelings, anger and anxiety. We all can get irritated and angry by something or someone, but in this particular circumstance you need to learn of how to cool yourself down and take the full control over your own emotions. And to help you out with it I would recommend you to practice some meditation and train your self of getting calm when someone is trying to irritate you. Don’t pay attention to it, but simply remember that no one worth damaging your own nerves and health.
